  • My order is wrong. What do I do?

  • An item from my order is missing, what should I do?

    Answer: If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service Center mentioning your order number and the name and code number of the missing item. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

  • I’ve forgotten my online password, how do I reset it?

    Answer: For security issue, you can attempt only three times to log in to your account.

    If you forget your password, go to the login icon. In the pop-up window, select ‘forgot password’, enter your email address and click ‘Submit’.
